- AbdelMoniem Khafagy Added 2017-07-23★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆No room at the pool since all chairs reserved with towels by other guests before 10am (that are not even at the pool). Had to put 190 dollars as security deposit for 2 BATH ROBES! Never seen this at any hotel in my life. Asked the front desk to check if they had a room that wasn't on the ground floor, they told us they were fully booked, we then asked them to let us know the next day if other rooms open up, they told us to call them back the next morning with our request since they are too busy?! Too busy for who, their other customers? Interesting customer service.
